3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of Tabasco sauce
4 cups shredded purple cabbage
4 cups shredded green cabbage
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup diced red pepper
3 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Add next 5 ingredients.
Cover, refrigerate overnight. Stir in all but 2 tablespoons of the seeds. Sprinkle the 2 tablespoons over the top before serving.
